She has held CFO or CFO-equivalent roles in nine companies, supported five successful exits, led 10+ significant acquisitions, and partnered closely with Boards across Audit, Compensation, and Investment Committees. Her experience includes first-time CEO support in PE settings, Crisis management, GAAP readiness, ERP transformations, and post-merger integration.
