Jason Anglin is an accomplished senior finance and accounting executive with a proven track record of driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, financial planning & analysis, accounting, and business transformations. With extensive expertise in SaaS, technology, biotech, and manufacturing, Jason has led finance & accounting functions for companies ranging from venture-backed startups to global PE-sponsored & public enterprises. He brings particular expertise to transaction-related engagements involving fundraising, M&A negotiations, deal structures, capital strategy, diligence, and IPO readiness, including SEC compliance and risk management.
As the Founder and Principal Advisor at Transitus Advisors LLC, Jason provided fractional CFO services to emerging and mid-sized companies, helping them establish scalable financial operations, navigate complex financial transactions, and prepare for growth milestones, including IPOs and M&A. Prior to founding Transitus Advisors, Jason served as a Partner in CFO Advisory at CFGI LLC, where he guided major technology and biotechnology companies through high-stakes financial challenges, including IPO preparation, acquisitions, and financial restructuring. Before CFGI, Jason held leadership roles at KPMG, firstly in Audit and then as a Partner in the Global Accounting Advisory Services practice, where he spearheaded multi-billion-dollar transactions, built high-performing financial teams, and advised on cross-border financial reporting and compliance.
Jason is an Australian Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Monash University.
