Bookkeeping Support
Burkland’s engagement with Imubit began in 2022, providing bookkeeping support alongside the company’s controller, accountant, and CFO. Our team provided services including AP/AR, revenue reconciliation, month-end close, accruals, and provides revenue recognition.
Interim Controller
From late 2022 through early 2023, Burkland scaled up services to support Imubit through staffing changes in the company’s finance department. Along with ongoing bookkeeping, our team provided strategic finance support and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to Imubit during this time. Burkland also worked with Imubit’s management team to ensure investor reports and other critical documents continued to be delivered to stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
Data-Driven Support
Along the way, Burkland has helped provide data-driven finance support to Imubit with ongoing budget modeling and FP&A services. We maintain an extensive budget model that helps the company identify issues, make mission-critical decisions related to things like headcount and cash flow, and perform ad-hoc reporting on demand.
