Karen Burkland brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience to the Burkland team. Karen’s professional journey includes public accounting at PwC, consulting for public companies, and establishing and building accounting functions as the controller at select startups. With a focus on streamlining financial processes, Karen brings her unique experience in systems development and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making at Burkland.
Karen holds a CPA certificate and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation (from Canada). She holds both a BMath and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
