He has led, founded and managed companies in the financial technology, asset management and publishing sectors in Europe and in the United States. His 25-year career as an entrepreneur and senior executive in both public and private companies equips him with a deep understanding of strategic capital formation, financial modeling, operational efficiencies, restructuring and turnaround management, and M&A.
