Dani McClain is a Client Success Manager at Burkland. Dani brings years of experience working across early-stage and established business environments across customer success, revenue strategy, and business operations. She has led cross-functional initiatives focused on improving the customer journey, driving retention, and building scalable internal processes. Known for her blend of curiosity and execution, Dani isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty, whether she’s solving a messy workflow or helping build a process from the ground up.
Dani holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, graduating Cum Laude with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and dual majors in Management and Marketing. She is also Gainsight Certified in Client Success Professional and Operations tracks.
Outside of work, Dani is happiest barefoot and outdoors, whether hiking with her family or soaking up the sunshine. She’s a proud wife and mom who finds joy in singing, playing guitar, and spending time in the kitchen. From sourdough bread to homemade chicken nuggets and even ketchup, Dani loves cooking from scratch and experimenting with new recipes that bring people together.
