Peter Stahl is an experienced operations, supply chain, and cost-optimization consultant who has been a driving force behind transformative change for more than 30 years. His experience includes C-suite roles as both COO and CFO. He began his career with Booz Allen Hamilton and has since worked across multiple industries, geographies, and functions.
Leveraging a unique blend of industry expertise, functional insights, financial understanding, and deep technology acumen, Peter is able to create sophisticated solutions that meet the needs of the business, now and into the future. He has helped clients develop global strategies, optimize processes and systems, and implement new technologies to enable significant business growth, operational efficiencies, and EBITDA improvement.
As COO of Nattopharma, he revamped the supply chain, initiated US manufacturing, negotiated with suppliers, configured MRP, and trained the supply chain management team. He founded and has run a successful small business for 18 years. He has extensive experience with applications for small business, including Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, and multiple add-on enabling tools. As CFO, after orchestrating the LBO of Lane Supply, he drove cost-reduction efforts, operational improvements, and reduction of ineligible receivables.
Peter is a seed investor whose experience includes co-deal lead on Groupize, a SAAS company that is now the premier solution for meeting management and an SAP Solex Partner. He has invested in all equity and bridge rounds with the company rapidly converging on $2.0 million ARR.
Peter has a strong technology background and has managed ERP and MRP implementations and built multiple inventory management models with particular focus on optimization around product families and intermediate production points to smooth demand variability.
