Most recently, Natalie served as Head of Finance at Jadu, where she played a critical role in scaling the company from 13 to over 50 employees in under a year. In this role, she established foundational systems across payroll, HR, accounting, and treasury, and implemented key financial controls to support the company’s rapid growth.
