Iuliia Shchegelska is a Controller in Burkland’s Healthcare and Biotechnology Division, specializing in accounting for startups operating under the MSO-PC model. She leads full month-end close processes, prepares financials and consolidations, and supports cash flow planning.
Iuliia works with clients ranging from pre-seed to Series B, tailoring her approach to their unique growth stages. At Burkland, she partners with clients up to $46M in annual revenue, providing scalable financial support as they grow. She also plays a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between the onshore and offshore teams and enjoys providing clients with insightful financial analytics to support decision-making.
Before joining Burkland, Iuliia worked with a wide range of clients across industries—from architecture firms to pharmacological consulting companies. During that time, she built systems to automate invoicing and quality control, helping teams save time and reduce errors. That hands-on experience shaped her thoughtful, systems-oriented approach to client work today.
