Dan has provided management consulting and contract CFO services to venture-backed Fintech companies for 15 years. In this capacity, Dan supports entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and investors in designing, building, and scaling financial technology companies.
Dan has supported raising capital in excess of $1 billion, designed and implemented ERP systems, created many successful business models, and reorganized several finance and accounting teams. Prior to his startup career, Dan was the CFO for Fifth Third Processing Solutions at Fifth Third Bank, CFO at Wells Fargo Merchant Services, and Vice President of Finance supporting Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Wells Fargo.
Dan brings deep experience in payments, lending, financial management, reporting, and team development. He was raised in Pennsylvania and holds a BS from Lafayette College and an MBA from Penn State.
