As Head of People + Talent at Burkland, Ellie McLaughlin brings extensive experience partnering with executive teams, aligning people strategies with business outcomes. Ellie’s leadership approach has been shaped by real-world experience, mentoring and continuous learning, developed through years of hands-on people leadership, coaching and organizational transformations.
Ellie began her career at Merrill Lynch and BlackRock before pivoting to lead People Operations for HPC, an outsourced accounting & technology firm,that later became part of Aprio. At Aprio, Ellie led People + Culture for 2,000 employees.
Ellie holds a seat on the Dana Farber Cancer Institute Parent Family Advisory Council, is a Brand Ambassador for NMDP (formerly Be The Match), and is a Community Board member at her local Boys and Girls Club.
