Ralph Welsch-Lehmann brings extensive CFO experience to Burkland. He is a growth-focused and dynamic global CFO / Finance Executive with deep financial, commercial and strategic acumen in Fintech, Crypto, SaaS, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment. For the past five years, Ralph has been the CFO for a series of successful startups, including Heights Labs, Selfbook, Point Hospitality, and One Earth Rising. Beforehand, Ralph was Senior Operations Adviser at Kline Hill Partners. Before joining Kline Hill, Ralph was the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) for DWS Group’s DB Private Equity business. As the COO, he was responsible for the operational readiness of the business and managed Finance, Operations, Risk Management, IT, HR, Fund Finance, and outsourced vendors. Previously, Ralph held senior-level positions at Deutsche Bank Group in Finance, Private Clients and Asset Management and Corporate Development.
Ralph started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services and International Business Practice in New York. He holds a Master of Business Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from EBS University of Business and Law. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in New York.
