Jonathan Maroko has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. An investment banking and hedge fund background has given him a unique perspective in valuing businesses across sectors and in understanding and recognizing patterns of successful businesses and management teams. He has extensive experience in leading finance teams, serving as a strategic advisor to CEOs, creating and executing growth plans, building complex financial models and forecasts, creating investor presentations, conducting due diligence, and managing business risks for companies.
On the startup side, Jonathan has done CFO work for a global experiential exhibition AR/VR company, a D2C men’s health company, a medical diagnostics company, and a B2B company in the low-code/no-code space. He also advised a B2B company in the digital signage software space during its successful sale to a strategic buyer.
