Having led finance functions across divisions in international Fortune 500 companies and within 30+ startups, Aaron has vast experience helping companies of all life stages and sizes to actualize on their growth and development goals. He has mastery managing all aspects of a finance function across FP&A, Accounting, M&A, Corporate Development, Treasury, Fundraising, Inventory Management, Due Diligence, Regulatory, KPI builds, Digital Transformations, Data Analytics, FOREX trading, and more.

As a strategic thought leader, he is a skilled Corporate Strategist delivering value across the enterprise by identifying cross-functional efficiencies and key growth opportunities. With the philosophy that companies can innovate the macro by streamlining the micro, he is an industry leader in developing and implementing cutting edge solutions for companies to cut costs, operationalize greater efficiency and commercialize their products and services.

As an experienced product and financial engineer, he builds advanced models and systems from scratch that enable companies to more efficiently scale while taking time-intensive functions down to fully automated, “single click” processes.  One of his more recent platform builds was concepting, developing and launching an original payments platform. As a high-frequency payments facilitator, this is the most efficient, simplest to operate and fastest pharmacy payment platform in the U.S., allowing for automatic payments to 65,000+ pharmacies nationwide. To enable this, he helped JPMorgan Chase develop and Beta test a proprietary Treasury program that they have since commercialized.

A native of Florida and a current resident of Newton, Massachusetts, Aaron has worked both in the U.S. and in the UK partnering with teams in 183 countries. He earned an Honors B.A. from the University of Chicago and MSc from the London Business School in Management, a certification in Full Stack Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and will be completing an Executive MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
