Karen Camp brings over 20 years of successful executive financial and operations experience building high growth companies of international scope. She has managed finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, strategic and operations planning, business development, HR, and legal functions in enterprises ranging from startups to revenues of $230 million. In addition, given her tenure as a general partner in one of the leading US venture capital investment firms, she has participated in several IPOs and numerous mergers & acquisitions.

At Burkland, Karen has been the on-demand CFO of LiveRamp, Ayla Networks, Remediant, Chart.io, OneRent, and Sensys Networks and a financial/executive advisor to Kaggle, ClearCare Online, Work4Labs, MyWorld, and Serena Capital.

Before, Karen worked at VirtuOz, a SaaS provider of Intelligent Virtual Agents, where she hired the finance team, completed first consolidated global audit (KPMG), established operational processes, management reporting and financial controls, built the company’s first financial model, and helped raise venture funding. Prior, at Dorado, a SaaS solution to originate consumer loans, established financial controls and compliance, and structured, negotiated and consummated a major acquisition and key partnerships. She’s also held various finance and operations positions at Yodlee, Internet Capital (ICGE), Market and Banyan.

Karen holds an AB from Smith College and an MA from Middlebury College.
